

400gms Nutty Krust Crumbs
2 Medium Onion (finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
120gms Pork Sausage Meat
100gms Butter
100gms Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Parsley
1 tsp Dried Thyme
2 tsp Dried Sage
½ tsp Black Pepper
Fry tomatoes and onion in frying pan with butter and oil until lightly brown.
Add sausage meat and continue to fry, add ½ Nutty Krust breadcrumbs and fry lightly.
Turn into a large bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
