  Bacon Lettuce & Tomato Soda Farl

Ingredients

1 Irwin's or Rankin Selection Soda Farl

Iceberg Lettuce

4 Rashers of Bacon

I Large Tomato

Mayonnaise

Method

Cut the Soda Farl in half and spread both farls with Mayonnaise. Slice the Iceberg Lettuce and Tomato into medium sized slices and place on the Soda Farl.

Grill the bacon until it's crispy and place the rasher onto the tomato and lettuce. Add Salt or pepper to your individual taste.
