Rankin Selection Irish Batch

Rankin Selection traditional Irish batch loaf is baked on the sole of the oven to give a distinctive hard crust. Batched to give a beautifully soft textured centre and a fuller flavour.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Soya Flour, Emulsifiers (E472(e), E471, E481), Preservatives (E282, E200), Dextrose, Vegetable Fat, Flour Treatment Agent (E300).
