If you’ve purchased one of our promotional packs of delicious Wholemeal Softee in store, then you can enter one of our prize draws to win pairs of Day Passes to the Livingwell Spa at Hilton Hotel, Templepatrick, Northern Ireland.

The Day Passes grant full usage of the facilities on site, including the gym, sauna, steam-room and pools, plus our prize winners will also receive a 10% discount if they wish to book further treatments on the day! There will be 4 separate qualifying dates for entry: 29/02/12, 30/04/12, 30/06/12 and 31/10/12 with 25 pairs of Day Passes to be won in each period.

 

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS (of which instructions form part)

  1. Open to NI & ROI residents, aged 16 or over, except employees and their families of the promoter, Hilton Hotels, their agents, and anyone professionally connected with the running of this promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary for ROI residents. Simply email your name, full postal address and date of birth to marketing@irwinsbakery.com. Only one entry without batch code per ROI entrant per day.
  3. To enter from NI your name, full postal address and date of birth to marketing@irwinsbakery.comOnly one entry per person or email address per day
  4. Entries from third parties or agents, bulk entries, illegible or incomplete entries will not be accepted.  If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void
  5. There will be 4 separate qualifying dates for entry: 29/02/12, 30/04/12, 30/06/12 and 31/10/12. Only entries received before each closing date will be entered into draws. Entries will not be carried over from one draw to the next.
  6. Each draw will be carried out on the next working day after the closing qualifying date by random computerised programme under independent supervision, with 25 winners selected in each draw,.
  7. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of each draw. In the event the claim for a prize is not received within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to distribute any unclaimed prizes via a random draw or draws within the promotional period.
  8. Each prize consists of a pair of Day Passes to the Livingwell Spa at the Hilton Hotel in Templepatrick, Northern Ireland. Day Passes provide access to all facilities including gym, sauna, steam-room and pools. No treatments are included with prize however winners will receive a 10% discount on any treatment bookings they wish to make in advance. All Day Passes are valid for 3 months. No travel or accommodation is included.
  9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising from winners taking a prize or attending a venue, which they do at their own risk.
  10. Entrants’ personal details will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will be destroyed afterwards unless the entrant has specifically requested to receive further information or promotions from Irwin’s Bakery. Please note that in processing winning claims, the promoter may disclose winners’ details to affiliates or third parties employed by the promoter.
  11. Prizes to be taken as stated.  There are no alternatives in cash or kind and unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, prizes will be awarded directly to the winners. All prize winners may be required to participate in photographic publicity.
  12. All prizes will be sent via second class standard post. Please allow up to 21 days from notification of prize for delivery.
  13. The names and counties of the prize winners in each draw will be available within 14 days of each draw date by sending an email to marketing@irwinsbakery.comwith ‘Spa Winners’ in subject line.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
  15. The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
